Bobbi Kristina drowned in her bathtub ... and the word 'drown" is critical.
TMZ has obtained the police report in which an officer writes they responded at 10:25 AM Saturday in reference to a "drowning."
"Drowning" typically means someone died underwater. As we reported, Bobbi Kristina's husband and friend administered CPR after they found her face down in the bathtub and paramedics were able to revive her.
As we reported, Bobbi Kristina's brain function was "significantly diminished" and doctors told the family it didn't look good, although thankfully it got a little better Sunday.
This comes after the US website also reported that doctors were testing Bobbi's brain reaction to different stimuli, and saw "minimal response" during one of the tests.
Doctors reportedly see it as a small improvement, but the 21-year-old's condition is still serious and she is "not out of the woods".
Bobbi is breathing with the help of a ventilator in intensive care. Investigators have not ruled out she may have tried to take her own life.
Near-drowning victims are often placed on ventilators to help them breathe and put under medically induced comas to reduce potential swelling and inflammation in the brain.

Her father Bobby Brown is said to be "inconsolable" as he remains at his daughter's bedside.
"This is his worst nightmare: Losing Whitney [Houston] was hard, but this is a million times worse, and to lose her in the same way would devastate him,” a family source told People Sunday of Bobby.
They added that “everyone is holding hands, praying, hoping for the best."
Bobby, family friend and actor Tyler Perry as well as her aunt Pat Houston are all at her bedside, but according to reports, her husband Nick Gordon has been banned.
