Best Graduating Student of IMSU Receives Employment and Car from Innoson Motors, N1 Milion from Gov Okorocha


Yesterday, Mr Chigozie from Ogbaku in Mbaitolu local government area was named the best graduating student at the 7th convocation of the  Imo state University (IMSU).
The young fellow, who studied optometry, graduated on top of his class and as the overall best graduate of the university with a 4.71 CGP. For his excellent performance, Chigozie was awarded 1 million naira by Imo state governor, Owelle Okorocha and an automatic employment to lecture in the university. In addition, he was given a scholarship to study his masters program abroad and an additional 1 million naira by representatives of the Okigwe south federal constituency and the Owerri government.

Chigozie was also inducted and decorated as a member of the IMSU alumni on the course of the programme by the Pro-Chancellor of the university, Chief Innocent. Chief Innocent, who is the CEO of Innoson group of company, pledged to donate a brand new car to Mr Chigozie. Another honourable named Mathew Omegara equally gave him a total sum of 50,000 for fueling of his brand new car.
